Subject Description: A panoramic view of Hawley Valley, Pennsylvania. Rising ground with trees and foliage in right foreground. A two-story building with crenelated roofline seen through trees at upper right. Distant sections of landscape contain scattered farm buildings.
Condition: Good. Relined.
Infra-red: Sharpens the drawn quality of buildings in landscape, especially a group of rooftops at the extreme lower left corner.
UltraViolet: Shows patchy quality of the varnish coat.
Color:
X-ray: Shows generally thin character of the paint film. Accent in the buildings and landscape built-up with small strokes of ground color.
