Subject Description: Horizon at bottom third of composition. Near foreground filled with trees, a large clump at the center. Small building at right distance.

Additional Examination Notes: This painting is inscribed on the back as follows: "This painting was executed by my father, Ralph A Blakelock during the period of his confinement at Middletown, New York.
