Subject Description: Dark, flat landscape with level horizon, with sunset obscured by clouds at center.
Condition: Darkness of paint obscures presence of cluster of five teepees at right center. Foreground brushed in with long thin strokes, sky more heavily painted.
Infra-red: Reveals foreground brushwork and presence of teepees at horizon.
UltraViolet: Heavy varnish coat.
Color: 
X-ray: Black except for a few strokes in area of sunset.
